	Latest News Kevin Thorne joins 4i 4i Solutions welcomes Kevin Thorne as a new Associate Director, Kevin will be joining us on 3rd October 2011 after a long career with L&Q, most recently as Assistant Director of Property Services where he was responsible for leading South West London and Home Counties team covering some 15,000 homes. Phoenix Community Housing Phoenix Community Housing has further extended its existing relationship with 4i Solutions by appointing them as Cost Managers for three separate pilot projects on their external works programme, covering both estates at Passfields and Sedgehill, as well as Street Properties across their stock. Dartford Borough Council 4i Solutions have recently been appointed by Dartford Borough Council to undertake a Structured Health Check of their responsive repairs & planned maintenance service and to make recommendations for driving in further service improvement.		Our organisation has been set up to provide consultancy services to the construction and property sectors, predominantly focussing on the social housing sector of the industry, working for Registered Providers, Local Authorities, Arms Length Management Organisation's, Landlords, Construction Partners and the Supply Chain that supports the industry.
