Phoenix Community Housing

Phoenix Community Housing has further extended its existing relationship with 4i Solutions by appointing them as Cost Managers for three separate pilot projects on their external works programme, covering both estates at Passfields and Sedgehill, as well as Street Properties across their stock.

Steve Welch, 4i Solutions Director, welcomed the appointment in recognition of how we have worked with the Phoenix client team over the last 18 months to deliver improved value for money and contributed to capacity building within the Phoenix team to deliver their external works programme.
