4i Solutions have recently been appointed by Dartford Borough Council to undertake a Structured Health Check of their responsive repairs & planned maintenance service and to make recommendations for driving in further service improvement.

The Health Check consists of interviews with delivery staff and residents, qualitative and quantitative feedback as well as a participative workshop to shape service improvement plans.
